The Colbert Project is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, focusing on giving back to those who have selflessly given to the communities in which they serve. Our mission is to provide financial assistance, along with support, to other fire families facing financial strife brought on by illness or off duty injury.

The Texas State Association of Fire Fighters (TSAFF) was established in 1938 and it is Texas’s only professional, career fire fighters organization, representing over 13,600 fire fighter members and 164 affiliate locals. We are affiliated with the International Association of Fire Fighters (IAFF). Rockwall Professional Firefighters Association proudly supports the Emergency Relief and Scholarship Fund.

Women In Need, Inc. began in 1980 with a group of Greenville citizens consisting of a DHS Social Worker, Police Personnel, and several business owners and clergy concerned about the lack of resources for family violence in the Hunt County area. After meeting and determining that the need was great, these 9 citizens began a campaign to raise funds for the Family Violence Shelter.

Meals On Wheels Senior Services of Rockwall County is committed to the belief that all seniors have the right to live independently with dignity and respect in their own homes for as long as it is safely possible. It is our mission to provide isolated home-bound seniors in Rockwall County with nutritious meals, daily human contact and supportive services to prevent their premature institutionalization.

Rockwall County Helping Hands serves Rockwall residents by alleviating financial crisis and providing a medical home to the underserved.
The mission of Patriot PAWS is to train and provide service dogs of the highest quality at no cost to disabled American veterans and others with mobile disabilities and PTS in order to help restore their physical and emotional independence.
